We are coming to the final conversation of this four part Inclusion Incubator.

In this session, we will synthesise the learning journey so far and explore what we feel moved to take action on, or try out in our teams and organisations. 

As part of the process, we will explore how we need to prepare for dealing with the inevitable challenges that we will encounter in the process of activation, such as the ego and culture-based dynamics that can keep us reinforcing the status quo rather than modelling and supporting a new paradigm of leadership.

During the session, we will share with you a tool we used to listen into what has heart and meaning for us so to work confidently with emergence.
