What is RESET
RESET is a three-part team journey that supports greater adaptation and team resilience, taking place over a period of 4-6 week. Our experience has shown us that this cadence of intensive sessions, followed by reflection and then immediate implementation will provide you and your team with the space to experiment, learn from recent experiences and charter a more collaborative and sustainable way forward.
Over the course of 3 carefully curated 2-3 hr sessions, we will align with your team’s current vision and direction and guide you to deliver by:
