  • 10 hours of transformational group coaching sessions (over 5 mastermind sessions) facilitated by experienced leadership coaches

  • Practical tools, strategies, exercises, reflections and practices to support you in accelerated learning and personal growth

  • A safe, trusted, focused peer mastermind environment that allows you to tap the power of collective wisdom in breaking out of fixed patterns of thinking, fostering openness, connection, and real-time problem solving/challenge resolution.

  • 45 min up-front individual orientation call with Lisa Barnwell or Daniel Stane to support individual intention setting and objectives.

  • 75 minute follow-up individual leadership coaching session with Lisa or Daniel to support individual application, embedding and learning.

Trauma-informed and drawing on cutting-edge yet tried and tested transformational tools, Lisa brings warmth, wisdom and candour to work quickly at depth and shift confined thinking - transforming old beliefs and blind spots that are stalling progress into positive and collaborative energy and excitement.

Daniel Stane is a sought-after leadership expert who works with senior executives, leadership teams and leaders to become high performing, inclusive, agile and future-fit.

Daniel has built a reputation as a dynamic and inspirational team coach and facilitator, consistently receiving excellent feedback from clients. He also has many years of experience in running developmental groups for men and male leaders.

With 30 years of business experience, Daniel draws on career success as a senior corporate leader and has an insightful, pragmatic and personable approach to unlocking effective leadership behaviour and sustainable performance improvement. Daniel’s style is practical, motivating and enabling.  He integrates an application of emotional intelligence, potential-oriented psychology, and mindful and embodied practices to support executives to sustainably change behaviour and shift mindsets. Having worked globally across diverse sectors, and speaking several languages, he is able to understand and connect well with a diverse range of nationalities and cultural contexts.  

Daniel is a founder and director of Inclusion Partners, has published numerous articles on leadership, trust, innovation and inclusion, and has contributed to two books on mindful, compassionate and inclusive leadership.  He lives in London (UK) with his partner and two teenage children.
