10 hours of transformational group coaching sessions (over 5 mastermind sessions) facilitated by experienced leadership coaches

A safe, trusted, focused peer (mastermind) environment that allows you to tap the power of collective wisdom in breaking out of fixed patterns of thinking, fostering openness, connection, and real-time problem solving/challenge resolution.
45 min up-front individual orientation call with Lisa Barnwell or Daniel Stane to support individual intention setting and objectives.
75 minute follow-up individual leadership coaching session with Lisa or Daniel to support individual application, embedding and learning.
