This program creates the space and safe container to draw on the guidance, teachings and wisdom of world leaders in human potential and leadership; it is led and facilitated by experts and specialists in transformational leadership and inclusion Daniel Stane, Founder: Inclusion Partners, and Lisa Barnwell, Founder: Leadership Redesigned.

Learning Journey and Outcomes:   

This program will inspire, guide and support you to:-

  • Connect to your future vision as a leader with a clear sensory-based, emotional description of what it will feel like for you to succeed - and an awareness of what’s at stake, if this doesn’t happen.

  • Clarify the gap between your current reality and where you wish to be and look at the frustration, pain and cost you are currently experiencing.

  • Bring new awareness, identifying where you are getting stopped or blocked from fulfilling your purpose and potential, and look to name the root of the problem in a new way.

  • Map a new pathway for your leadership and impact (the change you wish to create in your life, role and beyond) and clarify next steps to take.

Mastermind Preparation:

Creating the Conditions for Connection, Safety & Workability   

•      Understand the foundational elements in building trust, rapport, and connection.   

•      Create a safe container for you and others to be seen, heard, and valued through shared agreements and commitments.     

•      Recognise the ‘Crisis of Connection’ and what’s at stake for men and humanity.    

•      Lean into curiosity and growth through letting go of showing up as the “expert”, embracing imperfection and a willingness to be wrong.  

   

Mastermind Group Coaching Session #1:

Exploring Beliefs about Identity    

•      Know what beliefs or long-held assumptions about yourself need to be explicitly reset and what emotional baggage can be dropped.   

•      Become more vulnerable, courageous and open around significant personal truths, ambitions and challenges.     

•      Adopt a psychologically safe framework of how to share and listen to something not previously shared to model transformation and inspire, impact and influence others.   

   

Mastermind Group Coaching Session #2:

Exploring Beliefs about Life       

•      Expand beliefs about self and identity.     

•      Explore beliefs about life, what is possible and your role in being a co-creator.   

•      Forge or deepen the connection to your own inner wisdom, vision and purpose.    

•      Deepen vulnerability, trust, connection, and rapport.     

   

Mastermind Session #3:

Exploring Beliefs about Others    

•      Expand beliefs about others by becoming more aware of limiting personal and collective biases and learning how to reframe them.   

•      Recognise your role and potential in co-creating change (speaking up and using power and privilege on behalf of others).     

•      Facilitate generative conversations and better understand others lived experiences.   

•      Commit to modelling shared power and power with (not power over).      

  

Group Coaching Session #4:

Channelling Powerful Emotions    

•      Transform your relationship with powerful and challenging emotions such as fear, anger and shame and become better able to identify and express then in a generative way.   

•      Build on trust and vulnerability by bringing to light suppressed feelings and assumptions that may be blocking your compassion, creativity and potential as a male leader.   

   

Group Coaching Session #5:

Deepening Presence, Resilience and Anti-Fragility     

•      Become more aware of zones of dynamism and burnout, and better able to identify sedators and blockers to sustain high levels of energy.    

•      Raise your ability to rebalance and be “in the moment” through intentional application of strategies including energy-sustaining and contemplative practices.     

•      Move from a pushing to a pull energetic state.   

   

Group Coaching Session #6: 

Modelling Healthy Masculinity Next Steps     

•      Cultivate greater creativity and risk-taking to embolden your leadership and shift performance and followership to the next level.     

•      Become confident and better equipped in how you role model a healthy version of masculinity in leadership.    

   

What's the commitment?

Time and dates:

6 x 2 hour long Group Coaching Mastermind Sessions of 2 hours

Mondays 10am - 12pm; proposed dates: 03 April, 17 April, 01 May, 15 May, 22 May, 05 June

+

2 x 1 hour individual coaching with Lisa or Daniel

+

6x 1-2 hours learning pod / integration time between sessions with other participants

Total: 25 hours (minimum) to include pre work videos, questionnaire review and peer-to-peer support.

Cost: £3250.00 per person
